Reviews and Ratings
The hotel's location was exceptional, perched at the mountaintop with the best views, and my superior room was simply lovely. The service was friendly and accommodating, and the dining experience offered varied selections with a great hill view. However, the rooms were a bit noisy, sparsely furnished akin to a youth hostel, and the dining area felt more like a canteen than a restaurant.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms, although clean, were not up to par for the price and category of the hotel. However, the service provided was nice and caring, with friendly staff all around the place. The location, while beautiful with wonderful views, was somewhat uncomfortable and far from the city. The dining experience offered a good variety of food but was extremely crowded. The facilities were decent overall.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The modern building was proposed just the same, but unfortunately, my room was in the basement of the Trier building with no view at all. The service was nice and caring, despite the staff not having their long hair tied back under a hair covering. The location was at the mountaintop, offering the best view, but the separate building was not very comfortable. The dining experience was average, more like a canteen than a restaurant. Overall, it had its positives and negatives.
The hotel is situated in a modern building and offers convenient access to amenities but lacks private seating arrangements in the rooms. The service was friendly and accommodating, although some staff members did not have their hair tied back. The location, though modern, presented challenges such as higher breakfast facilities and discomfort in a separate building. The dining experience, with a variety of selections and a hill view, was satisfying, yet somewhat reminiscent of a canteen. Overall, the facilities provided were excellent despite minor inconveniences.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms, while varying in size and facilities, were unfortunately located in the basement of the Trier building with no view, making it quite loud as noise traveled easily. On the bright side, the service was great, especially with them accommodating my pet. The location, while beautiful in the old castle with wonderful views, had some discomforts like the breakfast area being far from the rooms. The dining experience, though offering a variety of selections with a great hill view, felt more like a canteen than a restaurant. However, the facilities were satisfactory overall.
